- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
