Job Description:
The Plumber responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems such as water, waste, vent, and medical gas piping, assisting licensed plumbers with inspections, testing, and system tie-ins, and reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate work. This role involves performing both rough-in and finish plumbing tasks while adhering to strict hospital safety and infection control protocols, using hand and power tools safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all OSHA, hospital, and company safety standards to ensure a safe and compliant jobsite.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE

Shift: Inquire about shift availability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, waste, vent, and medical-related piping
-Assist licensed plumbers with inspections, testing, and system tie-ins
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
-Perform rough-in and finish plumbing work
-Ensure compliance with hospital safety, infection control, and jobsite protocols
-Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Follow all OSHA, hospital, and company safety standards

Job Requirements:
-3 years of commercial or institutional plumbing experience (hospital experience preferred)
-Journeyman-level skills; state license not required
-Ability to work under the direction of a licensed master or journeyman plumber
-Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (required for hospital access)
-Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces as needed

Bonus Eligibility:
