Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Site Sanitation Supervisor who will supervise, direct and evaluate sanitation/custodial personnel for our Everclear Cleaning Solutions division at our client distribution center. An ideal candidate will be used to working in a warehouse or production environment. The qualified candidate must be able to interact with a wide range of people and must be organized. Responsibilities will include timekeeping, production scheduling and training of new employees.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:
- The Site Supervisor will oversee all Sanitation and Custodial operations within the Site
- . Must have prior management experience in a cleaning and sanitation background.
- Manage the workforce: including staffing, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties.
- On-floor coaching of associates, and inspection for quality and safety.
- Pro-active communication to resolve client issues and create increased client loyalty.
- Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of prior Sanitation and Cleaning managment or Light Industrial Management experience in light industrial environment
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook); other internal company systems to be trained.
- Must be comfortable working on refrigerated warehouse environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Bilingual language skill is a plus
