This role will oversee stakeholder engagement, ARIS-based process modeling, quality assurance, and delivery management across multiple IT domains, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts responsible for process discovery and documentation.
- Define team operating cadence, workloads, priorities, and resource allocation to meet program milestones.
- Establish clear expectations, standards, and delivery guidelines across the team.
- Process Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement Oversight
- Oversee interviews, workshops, and working sessions with Client SMEs across:
- IT Compliance & Governance
- IT Operations & Service Management
- Core Platforms and supplemental IT functions
- Ensure the team consistently captures:
- Process requirements and objectives
- Inputs/outputs, dependencies, and handoffs
- RACI roles and system touchpoints
- Controls and compliance considerations
- Act as an escalation point for stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
- Ensure process flows and business rules are validated with process owners and Client leadership.
- Process Documentation & ARIS Governance
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, BPMN-compliant process models in ARIS.
- Ensure complex technical workflows are translated into clear, standardized, and consumable process diagrams.
- Enforce consistent:
- Naming conventions
- Metadata tagging
- Modeling standards and discipline
- Maintain governance of the centralized ARIS repository, ensuring:
- End-to-end traceability
- Version control
- Alignment to enterprise architecture standards
- Quality Assurance & Process Governance
- Define and enforce quality assurance standards for process documentation.
- Review and approve deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IT and enterprise modeling standards.
- Coordinate formal process reviews, revisions, and approvals with stakeholders.
- Support the development and operationalization of process governance frameworks to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Project & Program Management
- Own the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timeline.
- Provide weekly status reporting to project and executive leadership, including:
- Progress updates
- Resource utilization
- Risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and quality thresholds.
- Proactively manage scope, risks, and interdependencies across workstreams.
- 10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Process Transformation roles.
- Prior experience managing teams of Business Analysts or Process Analysts.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise process documentation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with ARIS or similar process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio, IBM Blueworks).
- Deep understanding of BPMN modeling standards.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume deliverables under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- ARIS certification or equivalent formal training.
- Experience establishing or leading process governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting process documentation for automation, analytics, or LLM/AI ingestion.
- Background in IT transformation, compliance, or enterprise architecture initiatives
