Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytically strong Business Analyst (BA) to lead a large-scale IT process documentation initiative. The BA will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting IT processes across multiple IT domains using ARIS, a business blueprinting tool that converts complex workflows into intuitive BPMN process maps. These visual maps will support operational excellence, process governance, and future integration with Large Language Models (LLMs).
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise process documentation, business process modeling (especially BPMN), and stakeholder engagement across a broad IT landscape

Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead interviews, workshops, and working sessions with Client SMEs across IT Compliance, Governance, Operations, Service Management, Core Platforms, and supplemental IT functions.
- Gather process requirements, dependencies, inputs/outputs, RACI details, systems used, and controls.
- Validate process flows and business rules with process owners and leadership.
- Create high-quality, standardized BPMN-compliant process models in ARIS.
- Translate complex technical workflows into clear, digestible diagrams aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Ensure consistent naming conventions, metadata tagging, and modeling discipline across all documented processes.
- Maintain a centralized repository in ARIS and ensure traceability across end-to-end workflows.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to IT and enterprise modeling standards.
- Coordinate process reviews, revisions, and approvals with process owners.
- Support development of process governance frameworks to ensure future maintainability and version control.
- Provide weekly progress updates, resource needs, and risk/issue logs to project leadership.
- Ensure project milestones, documentation deliverables, and acceptance criteria are met
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience documenting large volumes of processes across enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in ARIS (or similar process modeling tools such as Signavio, Visio, or IBM Blueworks).
- Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling standards.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high workload volumes and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ARIS certification or equivalent training.
- Experience in environments implementing process governance frameworks.
- Experience contributing to process documentation intended for automation, analytics, or LLM ingestion.
