  • Develop, maintain, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring and ad hoc administrative processes.
  • Oversee and update the SES ETMS2 Tracker and multiple tasker trackers, ensuring timely assignment, follow‑up, and closure of all incoming actions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly tasker status reports and deliver executive-level briefings to SES and Senior Leaders on progress and deadlines.
  • Manage the routing and coordination of high-level signature packages to ASN (M&RA), the Under Secretary of the Navy, and other senior offices.
  • Support onboarding and training activities, including facilitating ETMS2 training for new employees and coordinating visitor access and escort duties.
  • Contribute to special initiatives such as Leadership Day event preparation and development of briefing materials and executive binders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders (e.g., executives, SES, flag/general officers, or equivalent) in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for senior audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Department of the Navy structure, policy routing, and task management protocols.
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills with experience in task tracking systems (e.g., ETMS2, DoD tasker systems).
  • Skilled in drafting executive correspondence, maintaining SOP documentation, and delivering concise leadership briefings.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint; familiarity with DoD administrative processes preferred.
