Responsibilities
- Deliver essential services to commercial property decision-makers across the market.
- Build and own a high-impact territory.
- Engage in mostly field-based sales work with 1 -2 office days.
- Will have access to upselling the existing 150 accounts in addition to new business development (60% hunting/40% account management)
Qualifications
- 3 years outside sales experience with strong results.
- Commercial and property association affiliation a plus.
Required Skills
- Hungry, adaptable, and thrives in uncapped earnings roles.
Pay range and compensation package
- $75K base first year (DOE), total earning $120K yr 1
- Ramp up bonus
- $150K-$200K 2nd year income.
- $9K car stipend gas card full benefits.
- Tremendous Promotion Potential.
