eBridge Montessori School is hiring a passionate and dedicated part time After-school Assistant Teacher starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize and maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-prepared Montessori environment based on Montessori principles
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
- Provide guidance and support for children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- DEEC Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
- Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices, including classroom management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning through creative play and structured activities.
eBridge Montessori School offers an excellent working environment and a supportive school administrative team. We follow a school year calendar, with the option for our staff to work or take a break during the school breaks and over the summer.
