Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Senior Cooperative team at Village Cooperative Crow Creek in Davenport, Iowa! This role is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building at our Senior Living Cooperative. No boiler's license required! This maintenance schedule includes;
- 48 hours every two weeks,
- Part time, day shift
- on call for after hour maintenance emergencies
- Full Benefit Eligible

Responsibilities Job Description
- Performs routine maintenance duties
- Performs general repairs
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
- On-Call for Maintenance emergencies
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- One to three years of previous experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
- Three to five years of previous experience
