What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Perry Reid Properties?
Perry Reid Properties is seeking two energetic Maintenance Technicians with positive attitudes to join our team in Davenport, IA.
We truly believe teamwork is everything, and we are looking to grow our maintenance team to better serve our residents and properties.
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and willing to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or general property maintenance is preferred.
HVAC experience and/or certification is strongly preferred.
This position requires participation in an evening and weekend on-call rotation as needed. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and their own basic hand tools.
Monthly Bonus Potential!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Routine property maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Daily grounds and property clean-up
- Apartment unit turnovers
- Painting and minor drywall/finish work
- Carpet removal and other turnover-related tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in the on-call rotation
