Perry Reid Properties is seeking an energetic and personable Leasing Agent to join our team! This position will split time between two apartment communities in the Papillion/Bellevue area.
At Perry Reid Properties, we believe teamwork is essential to providing a great experience for both prospective and current residents. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service is preferred. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are also preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
- Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospective residents
- Respond to and follow up on leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist in maintaining strong occupancy at both communities
- Process rental applications, application fees, and security deposits
- Communicate application status and coordinate move-in dates with approved applicants
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are ready for scheduled move-ins
- Maintain accurate listings of available apartments
- Create and maintain online apartment listings
- Track prospect traffic, calls, emails, and leasing activity
- Monitor lease expiration dates and assist with renewal efforts
- Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and property records
- Complete general administrative and office duties
- Protect confidential resident and company information
