Digital Marketing Director

The Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy, implementation, and management of all digital marketing efforts to support Ebenezer’s occupancy, engagement, and branding goals. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications, this role oversees digital campaigns, website strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising, and social media while ensuring that digital marketing aligns with the overall organizational objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager also collaborates closely with marketing project manager/strategists, content creators/writers, and design teams to deliver effective, data-driven digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational and community-specific goals.

• Lead the execution and optimization of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM (search engine management), email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

• Manage website strategy and performance, including content updates, user experience improvements, and technical SEO.

• Collaborate with team members to use data insights to refine digital efforts and ensure campaign effectiveness.

• Supervise the digital marketing team, including SEO specialists, and digital designers, fostering collaboration and professional development.

• Stay informed of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to position Ebenezer as a leader in digital innovation within the senior living industry.

• Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand standards and deliver a cohesive online presence.

• With the Marketing Analyst, track, analyze, and report on the ROI of digital marketing efforts, presenting results and recommendations to leadership and ownership.

   

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications or Business-related 
• Five or more years experience
• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines. 
• MS Office, SharePoint, Project Management Tools 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Advanced Degree

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
