What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Designer position at Ebenezer?
The Digital Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective digital assets that align with Ebenezer’s brand and marketing strategies. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role works closely with the digital marketing team, content creators/writers, and marketing project managers/strategists to design and deliver assets for websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms. The Digital Designer ensures all designs meet brand guidelines, enhance user experience, and support the organization’s marketing and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, email templates, display ads, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team and creative team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns and digital projects, extending campaigns across inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
Create and optimize designs for various digital platforms, considering responsiveness and user experience (UX).
Support website design/management efforts, including layout updates, image optimization, and content placement.
Work with marketing project managers/strategists to ensure timely delivery of digital assets for campaigns and initiatives.
Maintain consistency across all digital assets, adhering to branding guidelines and ensuring high-quality output.
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital design and User Experience/User Interface (UI) to continually improve design effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Communications, Graphic Design, or marketing related
- Five or more years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: communications, Graphic Design, or marketing related
