Responsibilities Job Description
- Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents and vendors.
- Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person.
- Maintains a clean and orderly reception, lobby, and Welcome Room to create the best “first impression” to customers.
- Receives and sorts mail.
- May type memos, minutes of meetings, letters, etc.
- Maintains work orders to ensure timely response to resident requests.
- Provides marketing support as requested
Qualifications
Required:
- One to Three Years – 1 year or more of related work experience in a customer service oriented industry
- Computer skills using various Microsoft applications and typing and emailing experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- High School Dipoma/GED
