The Campus Administrator for Meadows on Fairview is responsible for oversight of the Campus which includes the Transitional Care Unit, Assisted Living and HUD Building while working with leaders to support the campus to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, employee engagement, financial stability, quality care and positioned for growth in the future. This position will work on strategic alignment with the M Health Fairview health system.

Direct, and coordinate activities for the Health Care Facility, Assisted Living, HUD:
- Gives clear directions, explains reasons for decisions, and solicits employee input to maximize group capabilities.
- Reflects problem solving skills, which diagnose problems quickly, and recommends or implements effective solutions.
- Prioritizes multiple tasks to assure appropriate actions are initiated when needed.
- Directs and participates in the strategic planning process for the facility and Fairview/Ebenezer system.
- Assures corporate strategic goals reach across the campus
- Serve as an administrative lead for identified department committees.
- Acts as the functioning ED for the community as needed
Organize the functions of departments and buildings through appropriate delegation of duties.
- Establishes formal means of accountability from those to whom the Campus Director has assigned duties using standards/goals with communication.
- Regularly schedules interdepartmental and departmental meetings to maintain communication and cooperation between team members.
- Sets and review goals with Site Managers for the operation of the building under their management.
- Sets and review goals with Campus department managers for the operation of the departments under their management.
- Names appropriate departmental representatives to multidisciplinary committees of the campus and Fairview/Ebenezer.
- Supports and leads the Campus to continue to improve our customer service through the use of Truthpoint surveys.
Acts as a liaison between the governing body, corporate staff, medical staff, regulatory agencies, and facility staff.
- Provides reports to the board of directors, corporate staff, and medical director and regulatory agencies (MDH, CMS, HUD, MMFHA) as requested.
- Interprets Ebenezer policies, standards, mission, values, and organization direction to facility staff.
- Keeps corporate staff informed if significant facility concerns.
- Regularly participates in corporate senior management meetings, administrator meetings, and other committees as assigned by corporate staff.
Participates or is represented in community, state, and national associations and professional activities which define the delivery of senior housing and health services.
- Promotes an acceptable public relations program.
- Attends state association sponsors events, training sessions, and legislative programs.
- Speaks as community sponsored events, educational programs, and as requested by community members.
- Supports Life Long Learning and the culture of on going education for those that live on the Campus.
Assures strong census/occupancy across the campus.
- Actively participates in marketing efforts.
- Maintains referral database, lead follow-up, and census/occupancy records.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and follow through plans.
Assures Financial Excellence
- Participates with managers to set annual budget.
- Submits annual budgets as needed for communities.
- Monitors monthly financial performance and makes correcting operational adjustments as necessary.
Promotes Employee Engagement
- Adheres to Corporate HR Policy and administers them fairly.
- Monitors employee satisfaction through retention/turnover/connectedness Surveys
- Assures the tracking of open positions
- Assures compliance for OSHA, Workers Comp and other employment agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: LTC Administration, Management, Human Services or related
- 3 or more years experience
- Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board or
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- 5 or more years experience
