What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weld Technician - 3rd Shift position at Eaton?
Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Weld Technician - 3rd Shift. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. The rate for this position is $24.46 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. As a Welding Technician, you will read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. You will also be part of Quality inspections. Works in a cross-functional team of welders.

Basic Required Qualifications
- A minimum of six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered. (Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation).
