What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cycle Counter 2nd Shift position at Eaton and Careers?
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter 2nd Shift at 7800 Trade Center Avenue in El Paso, TX. The hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The rate for this position is $17.68 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the cycle count program.
- Conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and frequency parameters in the ERP system.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor-managed inventory, and transit material.
- Generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy.
- Work with team members to streamline processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on errors.
- Manage & Update standard operating procedures for the inventory management system.
- Lead yearly physical inventory process and develop standard work instructions.
- Train new employees on yearly physical inventory processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience with Microsoft (primarily Excel)
- Previous inventory experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certified or willing to be certified
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
- 2 years of previous experience with ERP/MRP Software
- SAP System Knowledge
