What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering (Experience pulling trailer required) position at Eat My Catfish?
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages for events, such as weddings, corporate functions, and parties.
- Set up buffet tables with food and utensils.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Clean and sanitize work areas before, during, and after each event. Will have assistance with this.
- Can work in extreme weather conditions
- Can lift 50 pounds
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Can pull / drive a trailer
Experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation or catering is required
- Experience in leading others, scheduling, and driving trailers
