QUALIFICATIONS:
- General/Lead Management: 3 years (REQUIRED)
- Experience in P&L, Food Cost, Labor Cost (REQUIRED)
- Restaurant Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Leadership Experience
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Radiate positive culture
- Capacity to create individual development strategies for team
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
- Ability to accept feedback and willingness to improve
- Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
- Ability to develop and lead Store Managers
