A Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays an important role by teaching, supporting, and caring for individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of residential and community settings. This will include cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene assistance (if needed), shopping, activities (in and out of the home-such as local field trips, arts & crafts, karaoke, bingo, dances and much more!), etc. The position will be knowledgeable of personal plans and implementing their outcomes while maintaining a healthy and safe environment being a primary responsibility. - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have current car insurance
- Must not have been convicted of a disqualifying felony
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- **Must be able to work weekends (Friday 11pm-Monday 7am)
Starting Wage: $21.00/hr $1/hour weekend shift differential for hours worked between Friday 11pm and Monday 7am.
