As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining Eastwood Homes' digital presence and supporting marketing efforts that drive traffic, generate leads, and strengthen our brand across all divisions.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Eastwood Homes website, including pricing, inventory, community descriptions, home details, and promotional content.
• Perform monthly website audits for each division to ensure all information is accurate, current, and aligned with company standards.
• Add and update new community information, including VIP lists, products, pricing, locations, and related marketing assets.
• Maintain working knowledge of Eastwood Homes' internal systems, including Salesforce, Chatmeter, Power BI, partner websites, and EastwoodHomes.com.
• Update monthly Power BI reports, including Geofencing and Eblast reporting.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic, user experience, and lead generation.
• Work closely with the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and other departments on projects that directly impact company sales and profitability.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software necessary to support daily operations.
• Assist with additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  
  

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years of marketing, website administration, digital marketing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Experience working with website content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Monday through Friday work schedule, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to support business needs.
• Standard office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Must maintain professional business attire and personal appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Dependable transportation is required for travel to company divisions and marketing events when necessary.
