OverviewEastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Production Supervisor for one of our top partners in the metals manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and lead a team of up to 30 production and quality technicians in a state-of-the-art facility. The role offers excellent growth potential with the opportunity to advance into a management-level position.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production operations, including quality and maintenance activities.
- Lead, train, and develop production staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and machine operators to resolve production and equipment challenges effectively.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including interpreting technical drawings to ensure compliance with production standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
- Manage production schedules, materials, and workflows using ERP systems and Excel.
- Foster a collaborative, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a metals manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with quality control practices and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
