Job Title: Material Handler / Machine Shop Laborer
Location: Temp, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17 – $19 per hour, depending on experience
A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler/Machine Shop Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a stable, fast-paced environment with a company known for its extensive use of CNC Swiss machines and high-quality machining capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to CNC machine operators by staging materials and assisting with shop floor organization
- Maintain accurate inventory by identifying, labeling, and tracking material stock levels
- Pull and verify materials and supplies based on production orders
- Monitor and report inventory shortages to management
- Perform general shop labor duties as needed to support production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
- Familiarity with CNC or manual machine operations is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
