Job Summary:
The Shipping Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and shipping outgoing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency with RFID scanning technology, and the ability to safely meet the physical demands of the job.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to pick tickets and system instructions
- Utilize RFID scanners to track, verify, and process inventory movements
- Read and interpret product labels, SKUs, date codes, and shipping documentation with accuracy
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Load and unload trucks as required
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned warehouse areas
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in operating RFID scanners and handheld warehouse devices
- Strong ability to read and interpret labels, SKUs, and shipping documents accurately
- Basic computer literacy (comfortable navigating warehouse management systems and inputting data)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required
- Experience using a pallet jack or operating a forklift is a plus but not required
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
