Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
*
Place packaged products into cartons or containers from a machine, conveyor line, or workstation
*
Apply labels to boxes and shipping cartons as required
*
Assemble display cartons and insert packaging materials when needed
*
Count and organize materials during the packaging process
*
Unpack returned or rejected materials as directed
*
Monitor the packaging line and notify a supervisor of any issues or irregularities
*
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines
Qualifications
*
High School Diploma or GED required
*
No prior experience required — training will be provided
*
Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
*
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
*
Ability to follow simple instructions and complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail
*
Ability to work in a structured production environment
