Schedule: Two 12 hour days (6:00am-6:00pm) followed by two 12 hour nights (6:00pm-6:00am)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Associate Operator to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll support daily production activities, learn key processes, and work alongside experienced operators to ensure quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Support operators with day-to-day production tasks and basic machine functions

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of tools and work areas
*
Maintain an organized and safe workspace
*
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions carefully
*
Assist with basic production processes within your assigned area
*
Use basic math and communication skills to complete tasks accurately
*
Manage time effectively to meet production goals
*
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
*
Step in to support teammates when needed to keep operations running smoothly
*
Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Required:
*
High School Diploma or GED
*
At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
*
Ability to make basic machine adjustments
*
Experience working in a regulated environment (SOPs, cGMP, audits, etc.)
*
Basic computer skills (email, Word, internet)
*
Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
*
Reliable with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Preferred:
*
Experience with SAP
*
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices
*
Mechanical aptitude or hands-on troubleshooting skills
Work Environment
*
Manufacturing/lab setting with exposure to chemicals, biological materials, and controlled processes
*
Requires standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods (up to 75% of the shift)
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
*
Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including days and nights
