Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
*
Record inspection results and identify any issues or non-conforming product
*
Make accept/reject decisions following documented procedures and quality guidelines
*
Support proper handling and disposition of defective materials
*
Follow sampling plans and quality control processes
*
Provide support to quality and cross-functional teams as needed
*
Assist with training and reviewing work of other employees
*
Participate in audits and special projects when required
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Requirements:
*
High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience, or Associate’s degree with 1 year, or Bachelor’s degree
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused for extended periods
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Effective written and verbal communication skills
*
Flexibility to adapt in a changing production environment
*
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and gown up as needed
*
Knowledge of quality standards such as cGMP, ISO 9001, and 21 CFR Part 820 preferred
*
Experience with quality systems (SAP, Windchill) a plus
*
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform light physical tasks
