Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Place cardboard boxes onto compressor machines and roll compressed boxes onto pallets
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment
- Perform frequent and repetitive reaching, pushing, pulling, wiping, dusting, sweeping, and mopping
- Bend, stoop, and crouch to perform sanitation duties in confined spaces
- Work in environments that may be hot, humid (80–90°F), or cold (30–40°F)
- Handle frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical equipment, and sanitizing chemicals
- Occasionally operate floor scrubbers for cleaning and material transport (training provided)
- Occasionally perform work in elevated positions requiring balance
- Stand for the majority of the work shift
