Lead Audiologist

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Mentor and supervise junior audiologists and externs, including delivering clinical supervision, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating training sessions on diagnostic testing, rehabilitation techniques, and best practices to enhance team competencies.
- Provide input into the establishment of goals and procedures, long-range plans, development of programs and utilization of staff, collaborating on strategic initiatives to advance audiology services
- Work with all ages 0 - adult, including special needs populations.
- Conduct diagnostic audiological assessments, including conventional testing, unsedated infant ABR evaluations, VRA, CPA, otoacoustic emissions, and hearing aid fittings, and verification measures
- Be part of a proactive, multidisciplinary team that includes Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech on site
- Be available for consultation with clients, parents, and other staff members to facilitate client care
- Become a First Steps Audiology Provider
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- Education: Doctorate in Audiology
- Licensure: Indiana
- Certification: ASHA
- Strengths: Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently. Pass a physical, TB test, drug screen, and background checks
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in audiology, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory, leadership, or mentoring role.
