Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic hearing tests and interpret results for patients of all ages.
- Assist patients with selecting, fitting, and programming hearing aids.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about hearing loss and treatment options.
- Sell out-of-network hearing aids (non-managed care).
- Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with advancements in audiology.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s in Audiology (M.A./M.S) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, with a strong interest in diagnostic testing and hearing aid sales.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
- Passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing.
