Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours
- Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings
- Opportunity to help build a pediatric program
- Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease
- Open to new graduates — mentorship and training provided
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 base salary commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter)
- $15,000 signing bonus
- Student Loan Repayment Program
- Relocation assistance

- 3 weeks PTO paid holidays
- CEU reimbursement: $1,000/year
- Professional fees reimbursement: $500/year
