POSITION SUMMARY: Manages SCSEP program in assigned county. Develops resources in the community specific to the individual needs and interests of the program participants. Resources will include job placements to benefit participants and the operation of the program. Delivers high quality support services to all program participants based on individualized goals and service plans.

- Travel and/or transport participants to/from interviews, appointment, and job fairs when necessary
- Work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business or program
- Written and verbal communication on a regular basis with diverse populations
- Participate in surveys, audits, and monitoring of sites and environment of care in county served.
- Respond in a timely manner (24 hours) to all participant and customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Maintain positive relations with referral, funding community agencies, host agencies, and employers and community inclusion by attending community partner meetings, trainings, and conferences.
- Utilize available resources to strategize training needs based on Individualized Employment Plans.
- Plan/coordinate services that align with the participants’ skills, interests, and abilities.
- May transport participants to and from interviews, social service appointments, and job fairs.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a record of employer, training, and host agency contacts and community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with deadlines, licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate quarterly participant meetings and annual Host Agency meetings.
- Facilitate participant training to achieve successful job placement.
- Coordinate and ensure that all supportive services regarding employment has been covered with participant to achieve successful employment outcomes. This includes employment counseling, transportation, housing, and other tools that are needed to achieve the participant’s goals.
- High school diploma or the equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
- Two or more year(s) related experience working with adults ages 55 preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Working knowledge and use of computer software programs
- Effective verbal and written communication utilizing the English language
- Ability to effectively manage a client caseload
- Flexibility, problem solving, planning, and organization skills
