What You’ll Do
The Enrollment Specialist will facilitate pre-employment activities for service line new hires, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires, internal and external stakeholders, and partner agencies, while ensuring timely responses to inquiries and collaboration with the Compliance team to confirm accurate completion of documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Initiates and follows-up on all pre-employment and enrollment processes, documents, and activities to ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork according to regulatory compliance.
- Tracks, monitors, and reports to finalize employment applications.
- Assists in process analysis to design/redesign various process issues to ensure that processes are customer-focused, consistent, effective, and efficient.
- Identifies and implements and/or integrates technologies needed to automate enrollment processes.
- Continuously audits new hire packets and requests missing documentation/information from necessary stakeholders.
- Communicates with Enrollment Team Lead on any information received from Authorized Representatives, Support Coordinators, or SDEs regarding the participant’s care or needs.
- Seeking continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in HR/Onboarding/Recruitment or customer service required.
- Requirements: Working knowledge of office productivity software (Excel/Word/Payroll Systems/HRIS/Dayforce).
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
