We are a busy Otolaryngology/ENT practice in search of a full-time Experienced Medical Assistant in person position; travel will be required between our three offices in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Harbour View area of Suffolk.

This is a Monday through Friday position. 8am - 5pm. Travel between our three locations is a requirement as needed. Main location will be Harbour View, Suffolk area.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our three locations
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Taking patient vitals, reason for visit medical history and documenting within the EMR system.
- Ability to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm without issue.
- Verifying patient information, obtaining authorizations, medication refills, physician orders, and chart prep.
- Assist with daily department duties, cleaning, restocking, ordering supplies, etc.
- Reliable transportation, able to travel between office locations when needed.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm, with no issue
- Willingness to learn
