The ideal candidate for the Audiology Admin. Assistant will provide critical clerical, organizational and operational support to our Audiology Team ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. The candidate should be detailed oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support for Audiology staff
- Prepare hearing aids and sending for factory repairs.
- Processing all incoming new orders and repairs, programming repairs using NOAH software and preparing for patient pick up.
- Maintain stock hearing aids and loaner inventory and tracking all new orders and repairs.
- Maintain and order hearing aid supplies.
- Scheduling and rescheduling Audiology appointments and answering routine questions
- Communicating with the audiology staff regarding new orders and repairs
- Updating warranties in the manufacture’s portals
- Maintaining and tracking the VA (Veterans Administration) orders and repairs through the VA portal
- High Scholl diploma or higher education
- 1-3 years of administrative or office support, scheduling experience.
- Detail Oriented & well organized.
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with audiology equipment and technology preferred.
- Excellent Written and verbal communications
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Light lifting (up to 25lbs)
