Requirements:

Responsibilities:
· Greet all guests that visit our office
· Friendly customer service when answering phones
· Ability to answer a multi-line phone
· Schedule Technicians or IT Technicians for equipment delivery and installation.
· Answer calls from Technicians and assist where possible (assigning calls, closing calls, adding parts, etc.)
· Process customer supply orders
· Accepts parts and equipment into the warehouse.
· Support Sales Staff as needed
· Communicate and work consistently with other admin positions as needed (contracts, shipping, parts, order processing).
