We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Nutrition Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a senior nutrition site serving congregate and home-delivered meal participants. This position supervises site staff, coordinates meal service, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure older adults receive high-quality nutrition services in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of a nutrition site serving congregate and home-delivered meal participants.
- Supervise and support site staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate meal preparation, packaging, and home-delivered meal distribution.
- Manage daily meal reservations and participant records.
- Order food, supplies, and other materials as needed.
- Ensure accurate completion of reports, inventories, and required documentation.
- Follow Older Americans Act (OAA), Health Department, and agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient food service operation.
- Build positive relationships with participants, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of full-time experience in an aging services program or related field is preferred.
- Experience in food service, supervision, customer service, or program operations is a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, volunteers, and participants.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
