- Pay Rate: $28.00/Hour
- Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Some Weekend. Nights, and Holidays
- Employment Status: Full- Time Year Round

- Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service standards throughout all guest interactions.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and luxury-oriented environment for all guests.
- Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all guest arrivals, departures, appointments, and retail transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and coordinate special requests, VIP amenities, group bookings, and customized experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and recommend operational improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote spa services, memberships, packages, retail products, and seasonal promotions.
