Employment Type: Part Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Schedule: Shifts vary, short shifts are 11:00am - 4:00pm or 3:00pm - 8:00pm. Long shifts are 11:00am - 7:00pm

Duties Include
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service and create a safe, enjoyable pool experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized pool deck by arranging furniture, removing towels and debris, and keeping the area guest-ready throughout the day.
- Monitor pool access, validate guest entry, remain alert to activity around the facility, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Coordinate with the Fitness and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service and support daily operations.
- Perform duties in an outdoor environment for extended periods, including working in direct sunlight, and assist with other responsibilities as assigned.

- Previous customer service or food & beverage experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to remain professional and composed while handling guest concerns.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR certification preferred, but not required.
