Falcon Point, just steps from Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO, has an amazing opportunity to join the team as a Front Desk Agent! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating memorable guest experiences, this could be a great fit. Falcon Point is seeking a service-minded professional to support daily front office operations while helping owners and visitors make the most of their time in the Vail Valley.
In this role, you'll be a key resource for guests throughout their stay, balancing customer service, administrative responsibilities, and property coordination in a welcoming resort environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Falcon Point combines a relaxed mountain atmosphere with an unbeatable Avon location just steps from Nottingham Park and Lake. Team members enjoy complimentary onsite parking and convenient access to the Riverfront Express Gondola, connecting you to Beaver Creek Resort. Eligible employees may also qualify for our Winter Wellness Incentive, which includes either an Epic Merchant Pass or end-of-season bonus depending on hire date.
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23/hour (commission potential through concierge program)
Schedule: 5 shifts in a 40 hour workweek. Days, nights and weekends are possible.

The ideal candidate for this role is at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They bring a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members; Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

- Manage reservations, update guest information, and maintain accurate records using property management software
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations

- Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure a professional, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
