Duties Include
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal
Schedule: 5:30 AM to 1:30pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate: $22 / hour

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, along with strong pastry skills, accurate product measurements, and the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, work well under pressure, and possess strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills. Good communication—both written and verbal—is essential, and the role may require lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds.

- Follow directions to ensure food production meets quality standards.
- Adhere to all Pastry, Culinary, and sanitation policies.
- Learn new pastry techniques and equipment use.
- Participate in taste panels as directed by the Chef.
- Keep the pastry area well stocked and prepared for both prep and production needs for the Market and main restaurant.
