Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm, 5 days/week

What You'll Do Includes
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional approach while delivering seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage incoming calls, respond to guest requests, and provide timely assistance to both internal departments and external callers.
- Deliver thoughtful, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and resolving questions with confidence and care.
- Coordinate guest requests by communicating with Service Express Runners and hotel teams using the resort's radio communication system.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining a polished, service-oriented experience at the front desk.

Success In This Role Looks Like
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
- You have previous customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting helps you hit the ground running but isn't required.
