Technical Support Engineer
Tech Responsibilities:
Active Directory Administration
Server Administration
Google Workspace Administration
Maintain and build out new Network Infrastructure as needed
On-Site Desktop Support may be occasionally needed (transportation required)
PC Imaging and basic software and hardware troubleshooting
Disaster Recovery
Experience with Vendor Support
Application Support
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related certifications a plus
3-5 years of experience with network and server admin support
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficient:
Networking: TCP/IP, Routing Principles, DNS, DHCP
Microsoft Active Directory
Windows OS and Server OS
Experience with deploying GPOs
Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Experience with Remote/Home office support challenges
Preferred: Cisco Networking, CLI, Configuration knowledge/ experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
