East Houston Medical Center is expanding and launching a new 80‑bed acute care facility in the Baytown area, and we are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead this next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build a hospital from the ground up, shape a culture of clinical excellence, and elevate access to care for the East Houston, Channelview, and Baytown communities.
What you will lead
- Strategic and operational leadership for the new 80‑bed Baytown hospital, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Execution of growth strategies in partnership with the board, physician leaders, and senior executives.
- Financial stewardship, including P&L oversight and disciplined resource allocation.
- A high-performing leadership team and an engaged, mission‑driven workforce.
What you bring
- Proven success as a hospital CEO or senior executive in an acute care environment, ideally with new facility launches or major expansions.
- Master’s degree in health administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A record of driving quality, safety, patient experience, and strong financial results.
- Poised, credible executive presence with the ability to inspire trust across physicians, staff, and community partners.
