Position Overview:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the internal and external operations, ensuring alignment with our vision of revolutionizing emissions management through our revolutionary artificial intelligence software. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong technological acumen, deep understanding of the emissions landscape, and a proven track record in scaling software or technology businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Implement robust processes and systems to support scalable growth.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic vision and growth strategy in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring we remain at the forefront of AI-driven emissions technology.

Financial Oversight:

• Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Lead fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with investors.

Industry Engagement:

• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and other events to enhance the company’s profile and influence within the emissions and technology sectors.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and capabilities.

Team Development:

• Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team, fostering professional growth and ensuring a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and in its broader engagements.

Innovation and Product Development:

• Guide the research and development of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
• Ensure rigorous quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior capacity within the technology or software industry, preferably with exposure to emissions management or environmental solutions.
• Strong understanding and passion for AI technologies and their applications in emissions management.
• Demonstrated success in scaling a business and driving strategic growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
• Ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire others to achieve it.
• A degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
