We are partnering with our client to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a mission-critical executive role who has personally owned client performance outcomes at scale and knows how to build, drive, and sustain operational excellence that wins and retains business.
This role is not about maintaining the status quo. The COO will be accountable for transforming operations into a true competitive advantage through disciplined execution, aggressive performance management, technology enablement, and automation. Success in this role is measured by client results, margin discipline, and the organization's ability to consistently hit its targets.
The Opportunity
The COO is responsible for driving operational excellence across the enterprise, with a relentless focus on client performance, innovation, organizational effectiveness, and competitive superiority. This leader will oversee all Service Operations and ensure the company consistently delivers on SLAs, forecasted revenue, and margin commitments while modernizing operations through technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Execution
- Own enterprise-wide operational performance across all client programs, with direct accountability for outcomes.
- Embed a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement focused on hitting SLAs, performance targets, and forecasted revenue.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operational leadership team aligned around measurable results.
Client Performance and Revenue Delivery
- Ensure all clients meet or exceed performance targets tied to revenue, cash collections, and growth.
- Drive operational strategies that protect and expand client relationships through consistent delivery.
- Ensure every client engagement operates at margins exceeding 60%.
Technology, Automation, and Innovation
- Lead the identification, deployment, and adoption of technology and automation across operations.
- Personally drive initiatives that increase efficiency, and improve accuracy and scalability.
- Turn pilots into production, ensure adoption, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
- Position technology and automation as a competitive differentiator, not a support function.
