Job Summary
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. This role requires a strong understanding of veterinary terminology and animal care, as well as the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively.
- Handle medical collections and process payments accurately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Assist veterinarians with client communication regarding pet care and treatment plans.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure patient care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
