Job Description:

Duties:

Provide project specialist support including customer service, job coordination, organizing paperwork, managing permits, and managing internal databases.

Greet customers at our Design Center and interact at a basic level.

Support the ECMR management staff with various daily operational tasks.

Report directly to the Business Manager and VP of Operations.

Work Schedule:

Part Time Employment

Standard Schedule: 830am - 430pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) 10am-2pm (Sat) - 28 Hours Total

Schedule may be subject to change based on business needs. Other job duties may be introduced over time and based on the companies needs.

Location:

Primarily based at ECMR headquarters in Oxford,MA, with occasional travel to meetings and other events as required.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: Based on experience $18-22 per hour.

Bi-weekly, with standard deductions for taxes and with holdings.

Employment Requirements:

Must be able to navigate a computer and basic functions. (Emailing, Calling, Texting)

Good Organizational Skills.

Great time management skills are a plus.

Comfortable with communicating with the general public including our customers, vendors, and contractors.

Employment At-Will:

Admin Assistant is considered a part time position.

Employment with ECMR is at-will, allowing either party to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause.
