ECU Department of Campus Living is currently seeking several Summer Camp & Conference Office Assistants.

Minimum Qualifications
The Summer Camps & Conference Office Assistants must be a full-time student (12- degree credit hours) or graduate student (9 -degree credit hours) at East Carolina University.
He / she must have lived on the ECU campus at least one semester. He / she must have a minimum overall and semester 2.0 GPA and a clear judicial record.
Scope of Position
The office assistants is a part-time position with clerical responsibilities that work with and support the function of Summer Camps & Conferences.
An Office Assistant will be directly supervised by the Associate Director of Summer Camps & Conferences. The Office Assistant is expected to fulfill the following general roles and responsibilities :
- Assist Associate Director in interviewing and evaluating candidates for Conference Assistant Positions
- Administration including record keeping, office organization, assisting with daily operations and special projects.
- Develop rubric used to help evaluate interviews.
- Assist in developing training for summer camp staff.
- Utilize IRIS software to help create quotes for potential camps / conferences.
- University and departmental representation including assisting with special events and presenting ECU and Campus Living in a positive light.
- Other duties as assigned
