Job Overview
The Production team at Earthley is seeking a Production Associate who can support the creation of high-quality, natural products. This individual will follow established procedures to measure, mix, and package products while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. We seek a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing clean, natural products.
Objectives of This Role

Follow established processes to ensure accurate and consistent batch production.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

Support the production team in meeting daily and weekly output goals.

Uphold Earthley’s quality and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to batch records.

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Accurately complete Batch Production Records (BPRs) and other tracking documents.

Assist with packaging, labeling, and sealing finished products.

Maintain workstation cleanliness and follow planogram standards.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Earthley’s internal procedures.

Communicate any equipment issues, material shortages, or process concerns to leadership.
Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or food handling

Familiarity with batch production processes or GMPs.

Mechanical aptitude or prior equipment operation experience.
Physical Requirements
General Physical Requirements:

Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).

Lifting/Carrying: Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry items (commonly 25–50 lbs, occasionally up to 75–100 lbs with assistance).

Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for tasks.

Climbing/Balancing: Occasionally climb step stools to access materials.

Stooping/Bending/Kneeling: Frequent bending, squatting, or kneeling to pick up materials or work at low levels.

Temperature Tolerance: Work in environments that may be hot, cold, humid, or dusty depending on the warehouse setup.
